




Job Summary: Provides advisory services and technical support, and is responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software, as well as user management and technological inventory. Network installation and information backup **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assists in the development and execution of the Help Desk work plan. * Provides technical advisory services and support for IT services. * Performs preventive maintenance on the computer fleet and prepares fieldwork reports. * Manages user creation and deactivation across various applications. * Ensures, at the technical level, the proper functioning of IT services. * Manages software licensing and its control. * Performs corrective hardware maintenance. * Conducts hardware and software technological inventory. * Installs wired and wireless technology networks for projects. * Prepares newly acquired computer equipment. * Responsible for information backup according to IT policies. * Understands IT policies, keeps them updated, and disseminates them. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Final-year student or graduate in Systems Engineering or related fields. **SPECIFICATIONS:** * Position type: Full-time, on-site * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Position type: Full-time, on-site **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits.
