Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor to develop and implement safety, occupational health, and environmental management plans, supervise operations, and manage records. We are looking for a **SSOMA SUPERVISOR** **On-site Mode \- Ica, Peru.** **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement the project’s safety, occupational health, and environmental management plan until validated by the client. * Develop daily work formats and validate them with the client’s Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) department. * Continuously supervise operational activities of all personnel and report non-conformities, unsafe conditions or acts. * Maintain mandatory OSH and Environmental Management records as required by law and client standards. * Update the project’s SSOMA management system according to the scheduled plan. * Establish project committees as required by law. * Form the emergency response team and train its members. * Request from the direct supervisor and safeguard safety materials assigned to the project, ensuring proper handling and correct management of issuance and return. * Manage solid waste (RRSS) disposal in coordination with contractors and/or third parties. * Submit biweekly and monthly reports and statistics summarizing activities carried out during the assigned project. * Develop and deliver the SSOMA dossier to the client via delivery certificate, ensuring signature and acceptance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. * Valid professional license in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health Management, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of OSH Management Systems, high-risk work, etc. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Basic English proficiency. * Valid driver’s license (preferred). * Willingness to travel. **Benefits:** * SCTR and VL insurance. * Continuous training opportunities. * Benefits through the BUK platform. * Participation in corporate events. * Career development path.
