Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to ensure accurate recording, control, and analysis of accounting and tax-related transactions, as well as preparation of financial statements. JOB OBJECTIVE: --Ensure accurate recording, control, consistency, and analysis of the company's accounting and tax-related transactions for proper preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with current legal regulations. JOB FUNCTIONS: --Thoroughly review balance sheet accounts and their annexes to verify balance consistency. --Prepare preliminary accounting reports, trial balances, and financial statements for final review by the General Accountant. --Execute and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation between bank account movements and accounting system records. --Monitor accurate daily or monthly recording of accounts payable, expense provisions, and depreciation. --Review that collections made match banking reports. --Record commissions, interest, and banking expenses. --Perform monthly closings: provisions, adjustments, and accounting reclassifications. --Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or inherent to the objectives of the position. WHAT PROFILE ARE WE SEEKING? Bachelor's degree or professional title in Accounting or Administration. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Accounting Analyst in related sectors. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP systems / STARSOFT (mandatory). WHAT DO WE OFFER? --Salary: PEN 2,500.00 --Formal employment registration from Day 1.
