Job Summary: Concrete Mixer Operator responsible for concrete discharge, coordination with the batching plant team, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Timely and proper concrete discharge, coordinating with the batching plant team. 2. Compliance with the company's safety and environmental standards. 3. Management of delivery guides for customer approval. On behalf of our client, a leading industrial company, we are seeking a Concrete Mixer Operator to work in Pisco. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education * Valid driver's license AIII\-C * Desired: Cargo loading course * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions **Responsibilities** * Responsible for discharging concrete at the time and location designated by the plant manager. * Continuously coordinate with the plant manager, plant operator, pump operator, or plant administrator, as required, regarding any incidents en route or at the job site. * Responsible for achieving optimal fuel consumption levels. * Responsible for complying with the company's safety and environmental standards, including safe vehicle operation, speed limits, reporting expired certifications and uniform requirements, completing reports, etc. * Responsible for delivering and receiving the delivery guide upon arrival at and departure from the job site, ensuring the guide bears the customer's signature and approval details, then submitting it to the plant administrator and/or plant operator. * Perform other duties or tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor **Benefits** * Meals: 100% covered on-site. * Others: Monthly food voucher. * Transportation: Allowance.
