Job Summary: We are seeking a Tire Technician for inspection and repair of agricultural machinery tires, air pressure control, and support in basic maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and on-site learning We are currently looking for a **Tire Technician** to work in Ica: **Requirements:** * Minimum (01\) year of experience in mechanical workshops or tire shops. * Completed secondary education. * Knowledge of mechanical failure prevention and tire performance. * Experience assisting in automotive or agricultural mechanical work. * Basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety. * Basic knowledge of maintenance management (work reporting). * Availability to work in Ica from Monday to Saturday. **Responsibilities:** * Inspection and repair of agricultural machinery tires. * Routine inspections to monitor tire air pressure levels according to the departure schedule indicated by operations. * Coding and registration of tires for proper organization, segmentation, and tire warehouse control. * Support in basic machinery maintenance. * Teamwork and ability to learn on-site. **We Offer:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits (General Regime). * Market-competitive remuneration, pleasant working environment, training opportunities, career development path, and mandatory life insurance from the first day of employment. \*By applying, you affirm your consent and authorization for the use of your personal data disclosed in your CV, within the framework of Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733, solely for application purposes with our organization.
