Job Summary: Cantalloc S.A.C. is seeking an Accounting Analyst to prepare financial statements, manage tax compliance, and supervise accounting processes in Ica. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements 2. Manage tax compliance and tax return filings 3. Supervise payroll processes and monthly accounting closing Cantalloc S.A.C., a company based in Ica, specializes in developing construction and electrical engineering projects, operating across the Ica region and parts of Ayacucho. As part of Grupo Energía Bogotá (GEB), we are currently seeking new talent for the position of Accounting Analyst at our Ica office. Requirements: University degree in Accounting. 2 years of experience in similar positions. SAP proficiency (desirable). Experience in payroll and tax management. Knowledge of taxation, regulations governing payment vouchers, and the withholding system. Proficiency in reporting software such as Power Query, Power BI, and Power Pivot (desirable). Intermediate-level Office skills. Key Functions: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including reports to headquarters. Manage tax compliance, tax return filings, and validation of accounting records. Supervise payroll processes, bank reconciliations, and monthly accounting closing. Analyze accounting accounts and propose improvements to processes and internal controls. Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and Business Intelligence tools to optimize financial management. Respond to audit requests from SUNAT, internal departments, and external auditors. Propose and implement best practices and continuous improvements in systems and processes.
