




Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic female candidates with strong communication skills to serve as part-time Store Manager, responsible for customer service, sales, cash handling, and social media management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and product purchase consultation. 2. Cash handling, order dispatch, and store maintenance. 3. Social media management and customer follow-up to close sales. We are a company specializing in imported products and are currently seeking articulate, dynamic, and highly motivated female candidates to fill our Store Manager vacancy. Our location is (two blocks from Mega Plaza Mall). Responsibilities: \- Open and close the store \- Serve customers, provide product consultation, and deliver relevant purchasing information \- Process customer payments (via POS or cash) and perform daily cash reconciliation \- Dispatch orders \- Maintain store and product organization, cleanliness, and presentation \- Achieve monthly sales targets \- Support online order handling via social media and other platforms; follow up with customers to finalize orders \- Manage social media accounts, WhatsApp, and live TIK TOK broadcasts \- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor Requirements: \- Strong interpersonal skills for excellent customer service \- Organized, responsible, and ready to face challenges and work under pressure.
