Achieve the established sales targets. **Join Divertícenter!** **We are looking for a Store Assistant** At **Divertícenter**, a leading family entertainment company, we want to welcome a dedicated Store Assistant who is passionate about delivering memorable experiences to our customers and contributing to the smooth operation of the store. **What will you do in this role?** * Ensure the proper operation of the store by maintaining cleanliness, service, and safety standards. * Support the supervisor in overseeing operational staff. * Prepare and submit operational, commercial, and administrative reports. * Comply with internal processes and company regulations. * Handle, resolve, and follow up on customer inquiries and complaints. * Perform cash reconciliation, balancing, and rotation, among other duties. * Achieve the established sales targets. * Carry out other tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor. **What are we looking for?** * Technical or university students (currently enrolled, incomplete, or graduated). * Minimum experience in retail. * Proactive attitude, customer orientation, and ability to work in a team. **Employment Conditions** * Full-time schedule (48 hours per week), afternoon shift. * One day off between Monday and Friday. * Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday (if you are studying, it can be adjusted to your academic schedule). * Formal employment under the MYPE payroll system (includes bonuses in July and December equivalent to the statutory bonus). **If you are passionate about customer service and want to grow within a dynamic company, this is your opportunity.
