We are seeking a SITE SUPERVISOR to lead the execution of modular construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of works. RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute and carry out the project and/or construction work effectively and efficiently, preparing the project descriptive report including schedule, resource histogram, and organizational chart. Review drawings, verify quantities, verify materials, supplies, and equipment required for the project. Authorize material requisitions to the warehouse and request weekly material stock levels from the warehouse for corresponding scheduling. Evaluate and implement necessary adjustments to the personnel histogram to meet delivery deadlines. Submit the Daily Work Progress Report (qualitative and quantitative). Submit information required by the client (work progress reports, schedules, etc.). Plan and supervise the tasks of assigned personnel, including administrative, quality, operational, and SSOMA staff. Ensure assigned personnel fulfill all documentary requirements for project closeout, and manage the signing of acceptance certificates, which must be free of observations. Ensure implementation of operational controls within respective areas during Internal and External SSOMA Management System audits. Ensure compliance with SSOMA Management System-related responsibilities by assigned personnel. REQUIREMENTS: Civil and/or Mechanical Engineer Licensed and registered professional (minimum 3 years—MANDATORY) Knowledge of modular assembly Knowledge of quality standards and regulations Knowledge of safety standards and regulations Availability to work under an atypical work regime: 21×7 Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.3,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
