Job Summary: We are seeking Poultry Farm Operators to perform chicken care, feeding, facility cleaning and maintenance, and poultry management at a poultry farm. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in poultry breeding and handling **POULTRY FARM OPERATOR – ICA** Ópalo Perú is currently recruiting personnel to join as Poultry Farm Operators for a leading poultry industry company located in Ica. **Work Location** Poultry farm located in Ica. The company provides accommodation and meals during the employee's stay at the farm. **Benefits** * Base salary: S/ 1,130 for 8 hours of work. * 2 daily overtime hours, compensated according to labor regulations. * Production bonus: S/ 200 * Double pay for Sundays worked. * Full payroll registration from day one. * CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), bonuses, vacation, and profit-sharing. * Accommodation covered by the company. * Meals covered by the company. **Requirements** * Completed primary or secondary education. * No prior experience required. * Must be in good physical condition to perform operational and physically demanding tasks. * Maximum age: 45 years. **Main Duties** * Feeding and caring for chickens. * Cleaning and maintaining farm facilities. * Inspecting and refilling waterers. * Supporting various activities involved in poultry breeding and handling. **Work Schedule and Rest Days** * 10-hour daily work shift. * 8 hours constitute regular working time; 2 hours are considered overtime. * Two half-days of rest per week. * Rest days may accumulate according to scheduling, allowing up to 45 consecutive working days followed by up to 6 accumulated rest days. **Selection Process** * Virtual or in-person interview. * Occupational medical examination. * Contract signing. **Are you interested?** Interested candidates may send a message to **906 825 373**, stating: **“PRODUCTION OPERATOR – Ica”**.
