Job Summary: Engineering Services SAC is looking for a Route Emergency Response Supervisor to manage, control, and optimize operational processes and respond to emergencies involving hazardous materials. Supervise the operation and maintenance of the dairy farm **ENGINEERING SERVICES SAC**, a pioneer in comprehensive safety consulting with over 45 years of experience providing services to companies across various sectors—including safety training and education, assessment of security system operability, and operational support for prevention and emergency response—seeks a **ROUTE EMERGENCY RESPONSE SUPERVISOR**. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!!** **Responsibilities:** * Comprehensively manage, control, and optimize the operational processes of the assigned dairy farm base, ensuring operational continuity and excellence in accordance with the Company’s quality and safety policies and standards. * Coordinate activities related to service delivery with personnel from various institutions that may participate, such as police, health services, fire departments, regulatory agencies, etc. * Take responsible care of tools, equipment, materials, and supplies provided by the company for job performance, preventing loss, damage, misuse, or deterioration. * Respond to emergencies involving hazardous materials and/or goods, or environmental emergencies; participate in equipment maintenance activities (cleaning, preservation, and/or repairs). * Supervise the proper operation of the dairy farm, including operational performance, preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and vehicles. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an active Volunteer Firefighter; chemical engineering background preferred, or related studies. * Certified training in: MATPEL Technician, Confined Spaces. * Knowledge of NFPA 470\-70\-77 standards. * Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems. * Valid Peruvian driver’s license class AIIB or AIIIC (mandatory). * Proficiency in office software. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions. **Benefits:** * Formal employment contract from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Ongoing training opportunities.
