Job Summary: We are seeking a Mining Engineer with solid experience in conventional underground mining, team leadership, and safe management of mining operations for Ayacucho. Key Highlights: 1. Safe management of mining operations On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting personnel to fill the position of Mining Engineer for a mine located in Ayacucho. We seek a professional with solid experience in conventional underground mining, oriented toward achieving operational objectives, leading teams, and ensuring safe management of mining operations. **Requirements:** * Graduated and licensed in Mining Engineering. * Minimum 10 years of experience serving as: Mine Manager, Section Manager, Shift Supervisor, or Mining Operations Engineer. * Proven experience in underground mining and exploitation of mineralized bodies. * Knowledge and experience in meeting mining plan targets for progress and production. * Familiarity with safety regulations and SSOMA management systems. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (geologists, technicians, operators, and labor personnel). * Proficiency in specialized mining operation software. * Ability to quickly and safely resolve operational and logistical issues in the field. **Main Responsibilities** * Design, plan, and supervise mining extraction operations. * Ensure operational efficiency and achievement of production targets. * Safeguard personnel safety and compliance with environmental standards. * Coordinate and supervise the mine operational team. * Optimize processes and ensure operational continuity of the mining unit. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Working Conditions** * Work schedule: Mining regime 20x10 or 22x8 * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. Salary: S/.7,000\.00 \- S/.8,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
