Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment reliability, log incidents in SAP, and maintain auxiliary services. Key Highlights: 1. P MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN **REQUIREMENTS:** * Electrical Technician, Maintenance Technician, or Industrial Mechanic * 1 year of experience as a maintenance technician * Availability to work 8-hour shifts, rotating weekly among the three shifts: morning, afternoon, and early-morning **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Repair equipment malfunctions during the assigned shift to ensure equipment reliability. * Log shift-related incidents in the SAP system and report equipment failures to the supervisor for timely identification. * Inspect and/or ensure supply of auxiliary services for production and packaging operations. * Inspect and/or communicate pending tasks to guarantee operational continuity of production lines. * Ensure and/or execute compliance with SIG standards in all activities to minimize applicable risks related to quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and food safety. * Actively participate in continuous improvement programs and similar initiatives to foster a culture of excellence in our processes, aligned with company needs, procedures, and policies. * Provide support in additional duties delegated by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Offered: Formal employment registration + base salary (General Regime) + statutory benefits + company benefits. * Dynamic teamwork under pressure.
