Opportunity for growth and professional development in an expanding company. **Lizzogo, Bitel's strategic partner**, is seeking a **Business Center Manager** to lead the development and growth of our commercial channels in **Otuzco**. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Conduct periodic visits to sales points to supervise stock levels of top-up credits, devices, and other products. * Monitor and analyze performance results of each sales channel to implement improvement actions and commercial strategies that ensure goal achievement. * Plan and deliver training sessions for sales channels on procedures, activations, commercial policies, and payment schemes. * Manage and control inventory of goods assigned to the warehouse under your responsibility. * Properly safeguard monetary and non-monetary assets assigned by the company, such as cash, mobile devices, SIM cards, modems, and other assets. * Supervise and manage the sales force assigned to the Business Center, as well as D2D channels and sales points. ***Requirements:*** * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Experience in commercial management, sales, or team supervision. * Personal laptop required (mandatory). * Availability for field and office work. * Residency in Otuzco or nearby areas (or willingness to relocate if necessary). ***Employment Conditions:*** * Formal employment under the MYPE regime (50% of all benefits). * Salary: S/ 2,000 per month. * Opportunity for growth and professional development within a continuously expanding company. ***JOIN THE BITEL FAMILY!*** Salary: Starting from S/.2,000\.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
