




Role Objective: Coordinate and supervise field tasks related to the fragmentation process to fulfill contractual obligations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and verify the allocation of resources required for rock fragmentation, including equipment, materials, and personnel. Train, instruct, and/or supervise designated client and/or company personnel on the efficient use of plasma. Prepare and review drilling, loading, tie-down, channel assembly, and fragmentation designs in coordination with relevant departments. Inspect drilling quality and execution of fragmentation, including connections, loading control, borehole squareness, etc. Request and/or perform recording of measurements, connection of plasma capsules or charges into blastholes, tie-down, and loading support. Prepare pre- and post-fracture reports and documentation for all conducted processes, incorporating established variables, parameters, and specifications, utilizing digital tools such as drones. Operate initiation equipment to activate plasma capsules or charges in the field. Conduct vibration and acoustic wave measurements of fractures. Promptly inform the immediate supervisor of any situation that may impair proper plasma usage. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** Preferably 2 years of experience in open-pit or underground blasting. Desirable: Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in mining engineering. Proficiency in seismograph operation. Proficiency in design software: JK Simblast
