Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Machine Operator to operate and maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational continuity under high standards of quality and food safety. P **PRODUCTION MACHINE OPERATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Industrial Controls, Maintenance Mechanics, or Industrial Mechanics * 1 year of production experience (work certificates verifying experience required). * Availability to work 8-hour shifts, rotating weekly among the three shifts: Morning (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), Afternoon (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), and Night (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate assigned equipment and/or machinery in the area to meet pre-established work schedules. * Identify and/or manage corrective actions for basic operational issues of equipment under one's responsibility, ensuring operational continuity under required quality, food safety, and appearance standards. * Conduct established quality tests for each piece of equipment/machinery, verifying reliability and alignment with corporate guidelines. * Perform autonomous maintenance activities on machines within the work area to ensure adherence to the maintenance schedule and equipment reliability. * Execute assigned tasks during product process changes and scheduled sanitation activities as defined in the production plan, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and planning timelines. * Ensure and/or execute compliance with SIG standards in all activities to minimize applicable risks related to quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and food safety. * Attend company-scheduled meetings to participate in programs and support corporate objectives. * Actively participate in continuous improvement programs and similar initiatives to foster a culture of excellence in our processes, in accordance with company needs, procedures, and policies. * Other responsibilities **BENEFITS:** * Offered: Formal employment registration \+ Competitive salary (General regime) \+ Statutory benefits \+ Company benefits. * Dynamic, high-pressure, team-based work environment.
