Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Machine Operator to operate and maintain machinery, resolve operational issues, ensure quality standards, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. P **PRODUCTION MACHINE OPERATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Industrial Controls, Maintenance Mechanics, or Industrial Mechanics. * 1 year of experience in production. * Availability to work 8-hour shifts, rotating weekly among the three shifts: Morning, Afternoon, and Early Morning. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate assigned equipment and/or machinery within the area to meet pre-established work schedules. * Identify and/or manage corrective actions for basic operational issues affecting equipment under one's responsibility, ensuring operational continuity according to required quality, safety, and appearance standards. * Conduct established quality tests for each piece of equipment/machinery, verifying reliability and alignment with corporate guidelines. * Perform autonomous maintenance activities on machines within the work area to ensure compliance with the maintenance schedule and equipment reliability. * Execute tasks assigned during product process changes and scheduled cleanings as defined in the production plan, aligning with corporate requirements and planning-defined timelines. * Ensure and/or execute compliance with SIG standards in all activities to minimize applicable risks related to quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and food safety. * Attend company-scheduled meetings to participate in programs and support corporate objectives. * Actively participate in continuous improvement and similar programs to foster a culture of excellence in our processes, aligned with company needs, procedures, and policies. * Other responsibilities **BENEFITS:** * Offer includes: Formal employment registration \+ Base salary (General regime) \+ Statutory benefits \+ Company benefits. * Dynamic, high-pressure, team-based work environment.
