Sales Executive – Real Estate and Storage Services

Our client, a leading company providing storage and deposit services, is seeking the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or incomplete technical or university studies * Over 2 years of experience in sales positions with a focus on direct face-to-face customer sales, including phone sales * Experience in sales combining mixed formats (phone + in-person), in the real estate, automotive, or service sectors * Experience selling to both corporate clients and individuals * Intermediate-level proficiency in Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) * Experience managing client files, manuals, forms, and contracts * Ability to understand sales reports **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Attend to potential customers (individuals and companies) either in person or by phone who have expressed interest in the company's services, understanding their needs, scheduling appointments to present service benefits, providing quotes, following up on commercial proposals, and closing sales * Develop plans to generate demand from new customers within the influence area of the branch or location where they are based * Properly manage documentation and system processes for client onboarding and offboarding according to internal policies * Retain and maintain existing customer portfolios * Keep delinquency levels under control * Ensure proper operation and service levels at the branch, reporting corrective actions when necessary * Handle customer inquiries or issues promptly, courteously, and effectively, attending to all clients with promptness and professionalism * Keep the customer relationship management system (CRM) up to date * Prepare, organize, and deliver reports timely and accurately * Open and close the commercial office at the assigned branch * Support the administrative department when requested to update key operational processes **BENEFITS** * Formal employment contract – Statutory benefits * Career development path * Commissions * Health insurance (EPS) * Food card **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Saturday (48 hours per week) **WORK LOCATION:** Javier Prado (La Victoria) and Surco (Primavera and Rep de Panamá) **Send updated CV to:** cv(at)selekto-rrhh.com, indicating in the subject: Commercial Executive.
