We are a consulting firm with over three years of experience in the market, specializing in the implementation of integrated management systems as well as providing consultancy services to various companies. We are seeking an Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Intern. **REQUIREMENTS** * Preferably three months of experience in IMS documentation (Quality, Safety, Environment) (not mandatory). * Must reside in San Juan de Lurigancho or nearby areas. * Graduated or bachelor’s degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preparation of documentation for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. * Conducting IPERC analyses, drafting work procedures, safety matrices for our clients, delivering training sessions, and office-based documentation tasks. * Developing and adapting IMS documentation according to our clients’ specific activities to successfully pass audits. * Supporting supplier harmonization processes with certification bodies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, and HODELPE. * Preparing documentation including policies, procedures, and manuals for Quality, Safety, and Environment in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001. * Submitting documentation progress reports to our clients. * Conducting inspections at our clients’ facilities across various sectors. * Supporting the IMS Coordinator in carrying out audits, inspections, and providing continuous assistance in developing the IMS. **BENEFITS** * Remuneration: PEN 1,025 – PEN 1,400 (depending on experience and skills). * Punctuality bonus. * Positive work environment.
