We are looking for an **Experience Monitoring Analyst** to ensure the quality, stability, and effectiveness of our digital customer service channels (BOT, IVR, VoiceBot, and App) through robust functional validation, quality assurance, and production monitoring processes. This role is critical to preventing operational failures, reducing unnecessary transfers, protecting revenue and costs, and guaranteeing a clear, seamless, and resolution-oriented customer experience in high-volume transactional environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute and govern pre-release Quality processes, validating functional and conversational flows against defined acceptance criteria. * Proactively identify operational risks—including broken flows, conversational loops, incorrect fallbacks, or unexpected behaviors—prioritizing findings based on business and customer experience impact. * Monitor digital channel performance in production, validating stability, containment, resolution, and clarity of flows, and raising alerts upon detecting deviations. * Provide teams with clear, actionable feedback, proposing adjustments that reduce unnecessary transfers, improve digital First Contact Resolution (FCR), and prevent rework. * Ensure validations and testing comply with internal standards, security policies, business rules, and applicable regulatory guidelines for digital channels. * Document evidence, test results, and relevant metrics to support prioritization decisions and continuous improvement. **Requirements** -------------- * Degree in Engineering, Systems, Technology, Administration, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Experience in functional validation, QA, or digital channel monitoring—preferably in high-volume transactional environments (contact centers, telecommunications, banking, retail, or services). * Knowledge of digital customer service flows (IVR, bots, applications) and fundamentals of customer experience. * Ability to analyze and interpret operational metrics, with sound judgment to identify risks and prioritize findings by business and experience impact. * Skill in cross-functional collaboration with business and technology teams to facilitate incident resolution and continuous improvement. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and documentation capability—ensuring full traceability of tests, findings, and actions. **Competencies** ---------------- * Exceptional attention to detail, focused on preventing errors and operational failures. * Proactivity—taking initiative to identify risks, propose improvements, and raise timely alerts. * Accountability and quality orientation—maintaining high standards in dynamic environments. We are looking for our next **Treasury \& Collections Manager**, who will play a key role in achieving EFCF financial targets, ensuring liquidity, optimizing the use of financial resources (available cash, investments, and operations), minimizing the cost of capital (debt \& fund management), anticipating and managing risks (e.g., interest rate fluctuations or macroeconomic changes), and controlling and monitoring cash flows (cash inflows and outflows, cash position). **Main Purpose:** You will be responsible for managing and controlling Tigo El Salvador's liquidity, ensuring compliance with the financial and strategic guidelines established by Millicom (MIC). Your role will be crucial in monitoring and achieving EFCF (Equity Free Cash Flow) targets, driving efficiency initiatives and improvements in treasury and collections processes in line with corporate policies.
