TECHNICAL OR INCOMPLETE STUDIES IN ADMINISTRATION, LOGISTICS OR RELATED FIELDS. · MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR POSITIONS IN RESTAURANTS, BARS OR HOTELS. · INTERMEDIATE-LEVEL OFFICE SOFTWARE SKILLS. · KNOWLEDGE OF INVENTORY CONTROL TECHNIQUES, PRODUCT ROTATION, AND STORAGE OPTIMIZATION. · ABILITY TO WORK WITH LARGE VOLUMES OF DATA AND PERFORM ANALYSIS TO OPTIMIZE OPERATIONS. · EXPERIENCE USING SYSTEMS SUCH AS KIPU. · KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD PRACTICES FOR FOOD HANDLING AND WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT. · WORK HOURS: 9 AM TO 6 PM.
