A prominent industrial company is currently seeking a professional focused on technology infrastructure management and operational continuity to join its team in Pacasmayo. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3–4 years of experience in server administration and IT infrastructure. Knowledge of Active Directory, VMware, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Linux. Experience in virtualization, storage, and on-premises and cloud infrastructure. Advanced-level Office suite proficiency. Residency in Pacasmayo or nearby areas (Trujillo or Chiclayo). On-site work during office hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Main Responsibilities: Administer and configure physical and virtual servers, ensuring their availability and performance. Manage software updates and security patches in Microsoft and Linux environments. Monitor data backup and recovery processes. Administer storage resources and optimize their usage. Execute and track preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Provide specialized technical support to the IT department. Monitor institutional email servers and coordinate incidents with vendors. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and infrastructure reports. Support identification of inappropriate use of IT tools. Manage external support, warranties, and equipment spare parts.
