We are looking for **01 WAREHOUSE MANAGER** for **COLLIQUE** with immediate availability **Requirements** * Must live in areas adjacent to Collique * Preferably hold a degree in industrial engineering, foreign trade, administration, or related fields * More than 5 years of experience required * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office * Experience using ERP systems **Responsibilities:** 1. Responsible for overseeing the receiving, storage, supply, and picking processes across all warehouses. 2. Supervise and train personnel under supervision on Good Storage Practices and warehouse safety procedures. 3. Ensure proper organization and control of inventories according to established standards. 4. Coordinate and report slow-moving products currently in warehouse stock. 5. Monitor inventory levels both physically and within the system. 6. Analyze returns and rejected goods. 7. Manage optimal stock rotation. 8. Oversee full operational flow from material receipt to final disposition. 9. Supervise, guide, and assign responsibilities to warehouse staff. Evaluate employee performance and ensure proper work execution. 10. Optimize transportation: reduce costs, delivery times, and delivery routes. 11. Directly participate in material dispatch to various departments at Collique Plant 12. Unload and coordinate arrival of imported containers 13. Monitor and ensure compliance with national warehouse management workflows and system procedures 14. Coordinate and manage improvements in workflows linking warehouses and other departments 15.
