Operations Supervisor REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering 5 years of experience Knowledge of logistics, personnel management, agricultural machinery, maintenance management, fleet management system Driver’s license (desirable) RESPONSIBILITIES Execute and coordinate with administration, material procurement, spare parts, and third-party services. Assign mechanical staff according to work orders. Supervise corrective and preventive works performed by workshop staff and third parties. Monitor and report on repair progress of machinery in the workshop. Prepare purchase requisitions for spare parts and services related to machinery. Coordinate daily operator assignments, allocate units, and supervise timeframes. Timely schedule overtime for workshop staff as required. Participate in weekly departmental meetings. Ensure order and cleanliness in the workshop. Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
