




The CICIBET brand is looking for a Human Resources Assistant who will perform the following duties: * Prepare and manage payroll records for workers and employees, as well as calculate overtime hours. * Deliver, organize, and file payroll slips for workers and employees, as well as contracts and settlements. * Plan, organize, and execute celebrations for special days and employee birthdays. * Prepare, print, and file calculations for the Compensatory Time Savings (CTS), bonuses, and profit-sharing payments to employees. * Coordinate employee leave requests jointly with the HR Area Coordinator. * Manage employee vacations jointly with the HR Area Coordinator. * Draft, deliver, and obtain signatures on memoranda (e.g., written warnings or suspensions) addressed to employees. * **Enter personnel data into the database (PLACAR).** * **Conduct feedback conversations with employees.** * Comply with and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
