This is your opportunity, come and be part of Sangre Tigo! **Apply right now!** Field Fixed Supervisor (Central) **Conecta tu talento con nuestro equipo** If you want to lead, innovate, and keep our connections alive, this opportunity is for you. **It's time to take the next step!** **We are looking for a Field Fixed Supervisor (Central Zone).** **Location:** El Salvador **Main Purpose:** Ensure the management and supervision of field team tasks for residential services, guaranteeing the availability and good performance of the fixed network (HFC and FTTH) through preventive/corrective maintenance and compliance with the schedule of installations, faults, disconnections, and other activities. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans for the fixed network (HFC, FTTH, Optical Fiber) with required quality. * Manage SLA compliance for all fixed network (HFC, FTTH, Optical Fiber) activities. * Manage execution of proactive activities to maintain HFC node health within acceptable ranges. * Execute and meet committed fault resolution schedules, ensuring excellent technical service quality to prevent recurrence. * Ensure execution of scheduled activities for end customers (residential installations, faults, relocations, others). * Manage crew teams under responsibility across various area activities, ensuring improved customer experience and service quality. * Ensure proper reception of projects executed by Service Assurance and other external areas through defined processes. * Manage daily achievement of targets for first-time appointments, faults, installations, and other types of work orders by assigned crews. * Execute technical training schedule for team members and assigned crews in the region. * Report and channel damage reports to insurance companies and establish action plans with the company's security department. * Perform "on demand" inspections according to requests from central government, municipal authorities, private entities, or electric distributors. * Conduct field visits (network and customer service visits) at the frequency specified by TIGO. **Requirements:** * **Student** in 4th year of Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems, or related fields. * **Experience** as External Plant Supervisor, Network Supervisor, or similar roles. * **Prior experience** in HFC or optical fiber network maintenance. * **Knowledge** of Optical Fiber, HFC, and FTTH networks (external plant) and handling of network design maps. * **Certification** SCTE in residential installations and fixed network maintenance *(desirable)* . * **Proficiency** in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. **Apply now and become part of the future of telecommunications in El Salvador!** **\#OportunidadLaboral \#TigoElSalvador \#Telecomunicaciones \#CrecimientoProfesional** \#TigoElSalvador Our people are the soul of Tigo El Salvador.
