




Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Assistant to manage inventory, coordinate transportation, and support procurement and supply activities in a fire protection equipment company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inventory and warehouse management, and goods control 2. Coordination of transportation and distribution with operations and suppliers 3. Procurement and supply management, including quotations and follow-up **ABS FIRE PROTECTION EQUIPMENT**, a Peruvian company with over 10 years of experience in the sale, installation, engineering, and maintenance of fire protection equipment and systems, is currently seeking **01 LOGISTICS AND WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT** to join our team. Main Responsibilities: * Inventory and warehouse management * Monitor incoming and outgoing goods * Record movements in the system (company ERP or Excel) * Verify available stock and report shortages or surpluses * Coordinate shelf organization, product placement, and labeling within the warehouse * Transportation and distribution coordination * Support dispatch route planning in coordination with operations * Track transport units in coordination with operations * Coordinate with business-line suppliers, transportation providers, and internal/external customers regarding receipt of products, supplies, accessories, and materials * Document all receipts and dispatches using delivery guides, invoices, or other required documents for respective processes * Procurement and supply management * Request quotations for materials, consumables, accessories, products, and supplies from suppliers * Prepare purchase orders * Follow up on orders until delivery * Develop and update supplier database * Prepare logistics performance reports (costs, delivery times, stock levels, material utilization rates) * Coordinate with other departments (operations, sales, warehouse, accounting) * Supervise loading and unloading of materials * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in product handling **Skills** * Organizational and orderly work habits * Punctuality and responsibility * Proactivity and results orientation * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure * Analytical and control capabilities * Good interpersonal and effective communication skills **Requirements** * Graduate of technical institutes/universities or final cycles of **Administration, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related fields** * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or warehouse operations * Knowledge of inventory control and delivery guide management * Intermediate Excel proficiency (pivot tables and macros) * Strong writing skills and fast typing speed * Must reside in the Northern Cone: Los Olivos, Independencia, Comas, Carabayllo, San Martín de Porres, Puente Piedra, or Ancón **Benefits and Conditions** * Work location: Jr. San Lino 6346, Urb.
