




**ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT – CONSTRUCTION PAYROLL** **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and manage the **construction worker payroll** (laborers, operators, skilled workers) and administrative payroll. * Record and calculate wages, overtime hours, Sunday work, holidays, and bonuses according to the collective agreement. * Monitor attendance, daily work logs, and site reports. * Prepare pay slips and settlements for social benefits. * Record accounting entries. * Register purchases and sales. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Support labor inspections and SUNAFIL requirements. * Archive and keep payroll-related labor documentation up to date. * Coordinate with site and administration departments for personnel management. * Other duties related to the accounting area. **Requirements** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in **Accounting**. * Minimum **1–2 years’ experience** in payroll, preferably in the **construction sector**. * Knowledge of the **civil construction labor regime**. * Proficiency in **PLAME**, **T-Register**, and current labor regulations. * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * Familiarity with accounting software is desirable. **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Responsibility and confidentiality. * Numerical analysis ability. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Meeting deadlines. **Conditions** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. * Work location: Miraflores.
