At **FR Partners**, strategic partners of **Claro Empresas**, we are looking for: * **TECHNICIAN 1 – Installations** * **TECHNICIAN 2 – Installation Assistant** What will you do? **TECHNICIAN 1** * Install, maintain, and repair HFC and FTTH services. * Configure and test equipment at the customer's home. * Record work in applications (APK, photos). * Handle incidents and resolve field issues. * Comply with safety and quality standards. **TECHNICIAN 2** * Assist the technician in HFC and FTTH installations. * Help with cable laying and equipment placement. * Collaborate in basic configurations (modems, routers, ONT). * Accompany in maintenance and incident resolution. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Requirements * Experience in telecommunications (mandatory for T1, desirable for T2\). * Immediate availability. * Attend **paid training**. * Class A1 driver's license (desirable, not mandatory). * Basic knowledge of mobile phones, tablets, and laptops. * Physical fitness for field work. Benefits **Fixed salary:** * **Technician 1:** S/ 1,400 * **Technician 2:** S/ 1,130 **Additional bonuses (for both positions):** * Transportation: S/ 100 (if applicable). * Attendance: S/ 50\. * Processes: S/ 50\. * Productivity: S/ 200 (upon reaching 2,400 weekly points).
