Kitchen Assistants with Experience / Comas / Rotating shift. Functions: * Prepare ingredients for the corresponding menu * Prepare cold dishes, appetizers, soups, and side dishes for the corresponding menu * Participate in production while respecting contractual portion sizes * Set up cutlery, glasses, plates, trays, and other necessary kitchenware, and wash and disinfect kitchenware, utensils, cutlery, trays, and others, ensuring they are clean and free of cleaning product residue * Prepare juices, soft drinks, infusions, and spicy sauces when requested, and other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor or area manager * Set up service lines and monitor line operations to ensure proper supply of prepared items * Maintain general cleanliness of the work area and perform cleaning and disinfection of restrooms and/or storage passageways, and clean collection bins at the waste collection center * Prepare supporting dishes for the corresponding menu and create and prepare à la carte dishes * Prepare cold dishes, appetizers, soups, and side dishes for the corresponding menu * Grill meats according to customer requests, meeting their expectations * Perform daily rotation of supplies and products, maintaining their freshness and quality * Set up cutlery, glasses, plates, trays, and other necessary kitchenware, and wash and disinfect kitchenware, utensils, cutlery, trays, and others, ensuring they are clean and free of cleaning product residue * Prepare ingredients for the corresponding menu and as directed by immediate supervisor Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience National ID (DNI) VALID HEALTH CERTIFICATE Position type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,600.00 per month Application questions: * Do you have immediate availability? * Do you have at least 1 year of experience? * What is your salary expectation? * Which district do you live in? * Contact number or WhatsApp?
