CONDESTABLE \- MALA \- CAÑETE.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Electrical or Electromechanical Engineer * Degree holder, licensed, and authorized to practice. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in underground mining (mandatory). * Experience in maintenance of electrical systems: mobile substations, MV/LV, switchboards, pumps, fans, compressors, etc. * Experience supervising electrical technicians or contractors. * Driver's License: AIIB \- Zero traffic violations. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Ability to interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and control schematics. * Variable frequency drives, PLCs, SCADA, and electrical protection systems (preferred). * ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards (Trinorma). * Knowledge of **D.S. 024\-2016\-EM** and electrical safety regulations. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS:** * Immediate availability to work under the mining work regime. * No criminal or police records. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems in underground mines. * Conduct daily inspections of equipment, switchboards, mobile substations, and pumping/ventilation systems. * Diagnose electrical faults and propose efficient and safe solutions. * Prepare technical reports and update electrical drawings/diagrams. * Ensure compliance with D.S. 024\-2016\-EM and Integrated Management System guidelines. * Supervise electrical technical staff and contractors. * Report anomalies, incidents, or risks promptly. * Maintain order and cleanliness in workshops and work areas. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one, with all statutory benefits. * 100% coverage of meals and accommodation. * Timely salary payments. * Mining work regime (14x7\). * Professional development and growth opportunities. **Apply now and join our team.** * If you meet the profile, please send your updated and documented CV.
