BENEFICIATION PLANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER FOR METALLURGICAL PROCESS PLANT **Requirements for the Position**: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance of metallurgical process plants or mining units. * Experience in equipment maintenance and control. * Knowledge of startup, shutdown, and operation of crushing, grinding, and flotation cell circuits. * Experience in assembly and disassembly of plant equipment (mill, crusher, and flotation cells) **Specific Responsibilities:** * Plan, keep updated, and optimize resources required to implement Preventive and Planned Corrective Maintenance Programs. * Supervise and control proper execution of field work. * Comply with daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules. * Organize information provided to maintenance technicians (of all specialties under this position) for daily activities. * Identify, report, and resolve field conditions and deviations that hinder proper work execution. **Working Conditions:** 20x10 shift system On-site modality Accommodation and meals provided Formal payroll, General Regime Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,500.00 - S/.4,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
