A company that values your effort and promotes your development **OPERMÍN S.A.C.**, a leading Peruvian mining company committed to safety, operational excellence, and personnel development, is seeking **01 SAFETY INSPECTOR** to join our team at the **CONDESTABLE MINING UNIT \- MALA \- CAÑETE.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Technical graduate, recent graduate, or Bachelor's degree** in Mining Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related fields * Experience: Minimum **2 years in underground mining** and 1 year in similar roles (mandatory). * Certifications: General induction (Annex 4\) and workplace-specific induction (Annex 5\). **KNOWLEDGE:** * Certifications: General induction (Annex 4\) and workplace-specific induction (Annex 5\) * Training: Integrated Management System, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (Tri-Norm), ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery), and ISO 50001 (Energy Management). **OTHER REQUIREMENTS:** * Immediate availability to work under the mining shift system. * No criminal or police records. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, organize, and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly operational planning, validating the mining cycle and operational plans. * Monitor performance, productivity, and operational KPIs, issuing daily, weekly, and monthly reports. * Control equipment, resource, and service performance, proposing improvements to optimize productivity. * Evaluate compliance with operational standards and validate technical reports on drilling, blasting, and consumption. * Prepare, control, reconcile, and archive monthly operation valuations. * Assess and update Unit Prices and General Expenses, issuing technical\-economic reports on costs and profitability. * Analyze unproductive hours and operational costs to support decision-making. * Participate in Operations and Safety Committees with a technical\-economic focus. * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, and 37001 standards, promoting quality, safety, energy efficiency, and transparency. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one with all statutory benefits. * 100% coverage of meals and accommodation. * Timely payments. * Mining shift system (14x7\). * Professional development and growth opportunities. **Apply now and join our team.** * If you meet the profile, please submit your updated and documented CV.
