Driving continuous improvement under Lean and data-driven approaches **An industrial manufacturing company is seeking an Operations Coordinator—a professional with strong analytical capabilities, technical leadership, and a results-oriented approach, responsible for aligning operational planning and execution across the organization.** **Requirements** · Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. · Minimum 2 years of experience in operations and/or planning roles within industrial environments. · Knowledge of production scheduling and control. · Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. · Analytical capability and orientation toward management indicators. · Proficiency in analytical tools (Advanced Excel; Power BI preferred). · Technical leadership and cross-functional coordination skills. **Responsibilities** · Manage short- and medium-term operational planning, ensuring workload balance and efficient resource utilization. · Coordinate operational execution, guaranteeing technical and scheduling compliance. · Analyze installed capacity, identify constraints, and propose optimization actions. · Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, efficiency, plan adherence, and lead time. · Control operational deviations and lead corrective actions. · Ensure timely availability of critical resources and materials to sustain operational continuity. · Interpret technical documentation and drawings, validating their correct application in production processes. · Prepare executive performance reports for management. · Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles and data-based decision making. **100% On-site Position – Santa Rosa Industrial District, Ate, Lima, Peru.** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site Employment
