




**Special Functions** * Provide customer guidance on the use of the extranet, customs regulations, and other inquiries. * Issue Original Import and Export Bills of Lading (BLs). * Collect freight charges and record payments in the line’s system (PRESTO). * Review and control the registration of special port service rates. * Prepare customs correction files and coordinate their submission. * Generate self-assessments for customs fines and coordinate their payment. * Issue invoices and collect payments for approvals, corrections, brokerage, and other services. * Handle inquiries regarding container detention (generation of assessments and/or empty container deposits). * Grant approval (Visto Bueno) to BLs after verifying documentation, endorsements, freight, and other requirements. * Receive and approve breakdowns in the system after verifying documentation, endorsements, freight, and other requirements. * Review, control, and monitor payments for container damage claims. * Other duties assigned by the Documentation and Customer Service Manager and the Customer Service Coordinator. **Reporting Line** * Reports to the Customer Service Coordinator. * Does not supervise any staff. **Minimum Job Requirements** * Education: Higher Education. * Desired experience: 1 year in similar positions. * Basic knowledge of the English language. Skills: * Communication skills. * Planning and organizational ability. * Ability to work in a team. * Customer service orientation. * Adherence to rules and policies.
