Job Summary: We are seeking Production Operators to support various tasks related to maintenance, cleaning, and assigned duties from the Area Manager. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of cleanliness and order in various areas **RMD Perú** is a subsidiary of RMD España with over 25 years of experience, manufacturing products for sports surfaces and children's playgrounds. We are currently looking for Production Operators! **Requirements:** * Gender: Male **(Non-exclusive)** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school * No police record * No prior experience required in this position—we train you! * Preference for candidates residing in the northern cone or nearby areas of Comas district **(Non-exclusive)** **Responsibilities:** * Perform tasks assigned by the Area Manager * Promptly report identified non-conformities * Carry out daily cleaning of offices, common areas, restrooms, warehouses, and other facilities * Sweep, mop, and disinfect floors and surfaces * Clean and disinfect restrooms; replenish supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) * Empty and sort waste into appropriate containers * Clean windows, doors, furniture, and equipment according to schedule * Maintain order in assigned areas * Assist in basic preventive and corrective maintenance tasks * Report faults or defects detected in facilities * Assist in moving and arranging furniture or equipment * Maintain tools and work materials in good condition * Comply with safety regulations and proper use of PPE * Follow the established cleaning and maintenance schedule * Promptly report any incident or need for major repair * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the position **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:21 PM (45-minute break) **Compensation:** * Base salary: S/ 1,200 \+ bonuses (attendance, transportation, and meal) **We Offer:** * Payroll contract from day one * All statutory benefits under the General Regime * Productivity bonus (overtime) * SCTR insurance (pension and health) * Statutory life insurance * A free day on your name day **NOTE:** Interested candidates may ***CONTACT US AND/OR SUBMIT THEIR DOCUMENTED CV TO INDEED THROUGH THIS PLATFORM*** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,199\.00 \- S/.1,200\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Currently, which district do you live in and what is your age?
