We seek a professional with a bachelor's degree and/or title in Architecture and/or Civil Engineering to lead the Technical Office and Housing Construction Projects, responsible for technical planning, control, and monitoring of construction works. Responsibilities: Develop and monitor construction schedules. Perform quantity take-offs, budgeting, and valuations. Review and manage drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams. Monitor physical and financial progress of the project. Identify deviations in schedule, cost, and quality, proposing corrective actions. Prepare progress reports and management reports. Manage technical queries and coordination among specialties.
