Opportunity to apply analytical and communication skills We are a company dedicated to the design and casting of industrial parts in ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and we are currently looking for a new team member who meets the following profile: **Requirements**: * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions, preferably in the metallurgical/casting industry * Technical or university education * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel preferred * Experience managing and tracking customer portfolios * Effective communication at all levels * Ability to evaluate and focus on achieving objectives * Residency in areas near our plant located in the Comas district **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service via telephone and/or in person * Preparation of budgets and quotations * Issuance of delivery guides, invoices, etc. * Tracking of work orders to ensure on-time delivery * Up-to-date documentation for collections * Application of correct withholding percentages **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration and labor benefits from the first day of work * Bi-weekly payments * Fixed working hours from Monday to Friday: 07:40 to 18:00 hrs. * Pleasant work environment **Competencies:** * Responsible and punctual * Proactive with willingness to work in a team * Analytical and organized * Ability to work under pressure * Honesty and initiative Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,600.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
