JOB POSTING: PCP ANALYST Job Mission: Develop, validate, and oversee strategic production planning, ensuring efficient workflow and achievement of the organization's operational objectives. Responsibilities: Create product codes and recipes in the computer system. Generate and share manufacturing orders with production departments. Issue material requisition slips to fulfill generated orders. Report deviations or non-compliance in production to management. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cycle times, defect rates, and schedule adherence. Actively participate in the Integrated Management System requirements (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001). Requirements: Education: University degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles within production planning and control areas. (Mandatory) Technical Skills: Intermediate-level Excel and Office. Intermediate-level Power BI proficiency. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. Interpretation of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
