Job stability **JOB DESCRIPTION** Grupo Alkofarma, a pharmaceutical laboratory, is seeking talented individuals to join its team as a PRODUCTION OPERATOR \- TEXTILE SECTOR. **REQUIREMENTS:**. \- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Production Operator (mandatory) \- Experience in textile manufacturing, cutting, or re-knitting (preferred) \- Must reside in areas adjacent to the Comas district (Av. Trapiche). **RESPONSIBILITIES:**. \- Prepare production lines according to instructions received from supervisors or plant assistants. \- Carry out production activities: supplying containers and raw materials, packaging, packing, and material handling. \- Participate in basic maintenance and cleaning tasks within the designated area as required. \- Continuously ensure that the produced goods meet quality specifications, including product condition and correct coding. **WE OFFER:** \- Remuneration: S/1200, subject to evaluation. \- Formal employment under the General Regime (30 days of vacation \+ bonus \+ CTS \+ profit-sharing \+ PPE) \- Bi-weekly and monthly payments. \- Training and induction to perform assigned tasks. \- Pleasant working environment. \- Job stability.
