We are looking for a **Human Resources Manager** to lead HR processes and strengthen talent management within the organization and at our project sites. **Education** * Professional degree in **Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management**, or related fields. * Specialization or master’s degree in **Human Resources, Labor Legislation, Payroll, OSH, or Talent Management** (desirable). * Specialization in **Labor Law** (desirable). **Experience** * Minimum of **5 years of experience** in HR, personnel administration, or talent management roles. * **3 years** in supervisory or managerial positions. * Experience in the **construction sector** or managing site personnel (desirable). * Experience in labor documentation processes, payroll, administrative procedures, and continuous recruitment. **Technical Skills** * Knowledge of labor legislation under the general regime and civil construction. * Proficiency with **T-Registro, PLAME, EsSalud, EPS, SCTR**, and complementary insurance. * Knowledge of **OSH** standards applicable to construction sites. * Recruitment processes for operational, technical, and administrative staff. * Payroll calculation, social benefits, CTS, vacations, bonuses, and severance settlements. * HR performance indicators. * Basic proficiency in ERP systems or HR software and attendance tracking. **General Competencies and Skills** * Results-oriented * Discipline and responsibility * Ability to work under pressure * Teamwork * Adaptability **Specific Competencies** * Leadership and decision-making * Planning and organization * Effective communication * Negotiation and interpersonal skills * Professional ethics and confidentiality Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.3,500.00 per month Work location: On-site position
