Salary: $900 \- $1,000 USD (monthly) **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage inbound and outbound client calls with a professional, service\-oriented approach. * Oversee and maintain the CRM, ensuring accurate data, timely follow\-ups, and organized scheduling workflows. * Coordinate and schedule cleanings, inspections, and other service appointments. * Communicate clearly with clients to explain services, answer questions, and support their scheduling needs. * Handle general administrative tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly. * Use problem\-solving skills and basic sales intuition to help convert inquiries into booked appointments. * Assist with sales\-related tasks, including preliminary applicant screening and data mining to support the sales team. **Skills:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. * Comfortable managing both inbound and outbound call volume. * Experience working with CRM platforms (ClientTether experience is a plus). * Proficient in Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel. * Confident, articulate, and comfortable engaging with clients over the phone. * Demonstrated common sense, strong problem\-solving skills, and solid sales/business intuition. * Highly organized, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. * Professional, positive demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (preferred) * 2–3 years of experience in a customer service role, handling calls and administrative tasks. * Strong English communication (written \& spoken) * High\-speed wired internet (200 Mbps minimum) * Windows 10/11 or Mac, minimum 4GB RAM, i5 or equivalent **Setting: 100%** Remote **Schedule:** * **Monday to Friday:** 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST (3 hours per day) * **Saturday:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (1\-hour lunch break) * **Sunday:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (1\-hour lunch break) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: S/.3,025\.00 \- S/.3,365\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * customer service: 2 years (Required) Language: * advanced English (Required) Work Location: Remote
