YMCA COLEGIOS RIMAC is looking for the best talent to fill the position of: **COMMUNICATION TEACHER.** **FUNCTIONS:** * Planning, implementation, and evaluation of curricular and extracurricular activities * Participation in the development of management documents, as well as in technical-pedagogical meetings and training sessions organized by the school. * Identification of issues affecting students’ development and coordination with the psychopedagogical department for appropriate intervention. * Development of physical and virtual educational materials for student activities * Ongoing accompaniment, monitoring, and assessment of students in their daily activities * Effective intervention in resolving individual or group conflicts or problems, as established. * Maintaining effective communication with parents to inform them about their children’s academic and behavioral performance **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Bachelor’s degree** in Education * Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience at secondary level * Availability to work at YMCA Colegios Rimac (Ceres 387) * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Once per week until 4:30 p.m.) **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/2310 * Payroll registration from the first day of employment, including all statutory benefits * Mobility and Food Allowance from the first day * Pleasant work environment * Ongoing training Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,310.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
