**Industrial Engineer - Production** An industrial company in the gastronomic sector is seeking an Industrial Engineer – Production to lead the stainless steel metal-mechanical plant. Responsible for personnel, processes, and resource control. At Grupo Inoxchef Perú SAC, with over 12 years of experience in gastronomic and refrigeration equipment, we are seeking an Industrial Engineer – Production (Metal-Mechanical Plant) to lead and supervise our plant in Villa El Salvador. **Job Objective:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise production processes across various manufacturing lines, ensuring quality, efficiency, on-time delivery, cost control, and technical standards in gastronomic equipment projects. **Responsibilities:** The position will be responsible for organizing plant personnel, coordinating materials and supplies, and ensuring that cutting, forming, welding, polishing, assembly, and packaging processes are carried out efficiently, with quality, and within established deadlines. The incumbent must also implement standardized manufacturing procedures, optimize resources to reduce costs and waste, and prepare production reports for management. **Requirements:** Industrial Engineer (preferably with experience in metal-mechanics/stainless steel). 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production plants. Knowledge of welding processes, time control, and personnel supervision. Intermediate Excel skills and ability to read technical drawings. Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:18 p.m. (with a 1-hour break). Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 a.m. **Benefits:** Salary: S/ 2,500 – 2,800 on payroll (depending on experience). Contract under the Small Business Regime with statutory benefits.
