A Peruvian metal-mechanical company serving the industrial and mining sectors is seeking a **Structural CAD Technician – PERKA**, who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical graduate in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in TEKLA Structures and AutoCAD (mandatory). * Knowledge of SAP 2000 and Inventor (desirable). * Must reside in areas adjacent to Ate. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * Salary commensurate with market standards. * MYPE payroll (50% of benefits). * Availability to work in the district of **Ate**, **Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Develop structural models in TEKLA**, ensuring technical consistency and constructability. * Perform **structural calculations** according to project requirements and current technical regulations. * **Model new projects**, developing accurate technical drawings and models for proper execution. * Carry out **material take-offs**, ensuring accuracy in quantities and optimization of resources. * Prepare construction budgets, considering material costs, labor, and execution timelines. * Develop and monitor **work schedules**, tracking progress and adherence to established deadlines. * **Supervise workshop personnel**, coordinating tasks, verifying compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
