**Academic Qualifications** * Completed secondary education (minimum). * Technical degree in Logistics, Administration, Warehousing, Accounting, or related fields (preferred). * Courses or training in **warehouse management**, **inventory control**, or **logistics** (preferred). **Work Experience** * Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Construction Warehouse Clerk or in similar roles within construction companies. * Proven experience in: * Construction site warehouses (materials, tools, equipment, and spare parts). * Controlling material inflows and outflows. * Managing physical and digital stock ledgers (kardex). * Receiving and dispatching materials according to approved orders. **Technical Knowledge (Mandatory)** * **Proficiency in the S10 system**: * Recording material inflows and outflows. * Stock control and valuation. * Consumption and inventory reports. * **Kardex** control. * Proficiency in **basic–intermediate Excel**. * Knowledge of construction materials and spare parts. * Control of waybills, purchase orders, and material receipt/issue notes.
