Job Summary: We are seeking a cylindrical grinder operator with experience in operating machines for external and internal finishing, reading blueprints, and maintaining dimensional precision. Payroll enrollment from the first day **REQUIREMENTS:** \* Graduate of Machine Tools and/or Production Mechanics program \* Knowledge and hands-on experience operating cylindrical grinding machines for **external and internal finishing.** \* Minimum 3 years of experience \* Availability to work full-time and on-site in Comas (Caña Brava stop on Trapiche Avenue) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \* Operation of conventional cylindrical grinders \* Blueprint interpretation \* Maintenance of dimensional precision \* Quality verification of products against blueprint dimensions and proper use of measuring instruments \* Adjustment and tolerance application according to standard tables \* Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area \* Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and work tools \* Compliance with occupational safety and health regulations and procedures established by the organization \* Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor **BENEFITS:** \* Payroll enrollment from the first day. \* Statutory benefits \* Ongoing training and performance-based professional development opportunities \* **Salary negotiable based on skills and experience** Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.2,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
