Additionally, coordinate with vendors and local and regional support teams; execute internal controls; and support system audits, complying with the company’s established control frameworks and security standards. **Responsibilities:** * Verify execution of necessary processes to ensure IT service availability, meeting SLAs for end-to-end business support and internal-use services * Ensure compliance with defined metrics for the area and maintain continuous oversight of quality indicators for services under your administration * Actively participate in follow-up and analysis meetings with internal business clients and required technical areas to identify trends, root causes of issues, and jointly develop improvement proposals * Ensure proper operation and performance of end-to-end services (including provisioning and configurations) that enable the customer lifecycle or internal business functionalities, correctly executing the Change Management process * Analyze and identify improvement opportunities based on incident and problem resolution statistics, internal customer feedback, and efficiency-seeking initiatives * Ensure adherence to the knowledge management model and processes * Participate in feasibility assessments, design, and transition of service developments * Actively participate in local and regional change management committees * Ensure compliance with audit controls, serving as the point of contact for internal and external auditors, evaluating and proposing follow-up items for remediation and strengthening of internal policies **Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Over 5 years of experience in IT operations (telecommunications experience preferred). * Experience managing IT technical resources and IT system vendors. * Experience in IT systems support areas. * Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management procedures. * Experience in audit processes and documentation of evidence. * Knowledge of IT systems monitoring and control. * Experience conducting and evaluating stress testing of IT systems. * Personal and organizational leadership in collaborative environments. **Apply now and become part of the future of telecommunications in El Salvador!** **\#JobOpportunity \#TigoElSalvador \#Telecommunications \#ProfessionalGrowth** \#TigoElSalvador Our people are the soul of Tigo El Salvador.
