




We are a constantly growing company, and we are currently looking for an **EXPERIENCED BAKERY ASSISTANT**. * Requirements: \- Completed secondary education. \- Minimum of 3 months of experience as a Production Worker, preferably in bakeries or pastry shops. \- Possession of a District Health Card for food handling. * Availability for rotating shifts \- Must reside in areas adjacent to SALAMANCA **\- Main Responsibilities**: * Prepare bakery products ensuring quality, flavor, and presentation. * Correctly apply techniques, volumes, fermentation, and temperatures during the production process. * Comply with manufacturing procedures and good practices. * Monitor input inventory levels and conduct stock inventories. * Supervise and train staff in baking techniques. * Inspect and manage preventive maintenance or repair of bakery equipment.
