Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook to prepare and produce food, ensuring compliance with portion weights and serving sizes, applying GMP, and coordinating with support staff. Key Highlights: 1. Support from 1 kitchen assistant and 1 hostess/waiter ● **Salary:** S/ 1,500 ● **Transportation allowance:** S/ 300 ● **Work modality:** On-site ● **Accommodation included** (not a regime). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** ● Prepare and produce food according to the daily schedule. ● Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the production season. ● Ensure compliance with portion weights and serving sizes. ● Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures. ● Verify proper handling and storage of ingredients. ● Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. ● Coordinate and collaborate with the support team (kitchen assistant and hostess/waiter). **REQUIREMENTS** ● Minimum **2 years of experience as a cook**. ● Experience in **dealerships or high-volume production restaurants**. ● Experience in **production cooking**. ● Knowledge of **portion weights and serving sizes**. ● Knowledge and application of **GMP**. ● Education in gastronomy or practical training. **Working hours** ● Monday to Sunday: **7:00 am – 4:00 pm** During the production season, availability to work **10–12 hours per day**, compensated during the off-season. **Operational conditions** ● Regular production for approximately **140–150 diners**. ● During the production season, operations may reach up to **200 diners**. ● The cook will be supported by **1 kitchen assistant** and **1 hostess/waiter**.
